There are more than a Black forest cake here. Stollen is a christmas bread where you can mostly find it during the season. However, in some famous stollen city such as Dresden, you can find it all year round. Zimtschnecke or cinnamon roll, you can find them in most bakery store but the widely popular one is Zeit fur Brot. Lastly, the spaghetti icecream, it is something of a nostalgic childhood sweet for German. It is made of vanilla icecream with some strawberry sauce topping in a spaghetti form.

Obviously, you cannot outshine beers here. However, we would like to invite you to try schnapps in some bars. A decade famous Mate and an interesting beer.

Regional food here is fun. My favourite is FischbrĂśten. The fish bun from the North of Germany. It is an easy to munch streetfood, salty, a bit sour, and savoury.
