Maadae Slow Fish Kitchen: A seafood restaurant in Chiangmai. This one is recommended to me by a local and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing and authentic. The atmosphere was not great, and outside could be very hot in summer (and with many mosquitoes ready to attack you as well 😅). Just reserve in advance for a table inside.
